Harvest
Now the fun begins. When your peppers turn red, they are ready to harvest. Some plants will have all of their peppers ripen at the same time while with others you will find it's more staggered.
You should pick your peppers shortly after they ripen. If you leave them on there too long they will either dry up or rot.
You can keep them in the fridge for a few weeks in a plastic zip bag. I prefer to use them immediately in cooking or hot sauces (if you have enough ready at once). See below for some shots of ripened peppers.
