This sauce stemmed from my desire to create a tastier sauce for pulled pork. I had tried a number of different sauces and none of them packed the flavor and heat that I was looking for in a BBQ sauce. After months of trial and error, I hit on a very good blend of zesty ingredients and then kicked up the heat with some Ghost Peppers. Right on!
I plan to include the pulled pork recipe in every order so you can see what I'm talking about (
posted here rather than printing). This stuff is also great for dipping any kind of meat. Many of my early "samplers" also used it as a condiment on sandwiches and loved it.
