This sauce comes to you as an accident that worked out nicely. We got in the sauce cooking mood one weekend with a fresh batch of Habaneros, Ghost Pepper, and Chipotle Pepper, so got to work chopping and gathering spices. Well, turned out that we were low on the proper amount of regular vinegar to make a whole batch so this guy ended up with not only three different kinds of peppers in it, but also three different kinds of vinegar. Luckily we took notes and measurements along the way, because it turned out excellent. We've never tasted anything quite like it and now it's professionally bottled and available to everyone. It's smoother (fully blended) than our original chunky sauce, but still thick - similar in consistency to a steak sauce. Of course, we think you'll love it.
