This relish is something we've made for ourselves for years, just to have around. It evolved from a good and easy way to save home grown peppers from the growing season into a more refined recipe over the years. It combines the great flavor of fire roasted Red Sweet and Poblano peppers with the heat from Jalapenos, Habaneros, Hot Banana Peppers, and Ghost Pepper along with other fresh veggies and spices to make a blend that augments many dishes. Try some mixed into tuna salad, on a dog, burger, sandwich - pretty much anything that needs some extra kick and flavor.
We've also found that many of our taste testers are just diving into this bad boy as a salsa and eating the whole jar just with chips!
Note that even though it's considered a relish, there are no cucumbers in this product, it's strictly peppers, onion, garlic, and spices.
